Wow, have I been out of touch, I used to hear about this kind of stuff the same day.

I got to hear him speak once, long ago when he was touring with then Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Parish.  He always seemed taller and bigger than everyone around him.  He LOVED our Air Force.
