Why, yes, I like Goya Foods. The mojo crillo marinade on a pork roast was superb!

    “The mojo crillo marinade on a pork roast was superb!” I shall have to try that. I love a good pork roast; not least because the leftovers can so easily made into good sandwiches or a tasty pork fried rice.

    Oh, yes – the recipe on the Goya Foods website called for rubbing it with their Adobo all purpose seasoning before roasting it in the oven – but I didn’t have any Adobo, so I used Harley’s. It was divine! We had enough for two nights of dishes using leftover roast pork.
