Col. Steven A. Boylan in a telephone interview.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gertz had reported on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washtimes.com\/national\/20040715-121130-6893r.htm\">Zaqawi&#8217;s ties to al-Qeada and Baghdad<\/a> back in July.
